    on day two we shift our focus to learning more about our core traumas and how they shape us as the beings we are in our current day-to-day life. regaining control of our lives and determine how to reverse trauma to live an authentic life.

  • Day 03 / New Beginnings

    We put everything together on Day Three. You’ll see how learning how to love yourself is the key to better relationships with everyone in your life, especially yourself.
